2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Ignition Switch Problems

The problem is static electricity in the ignition switch which chrysler engineer have acknowledged that their is a problem and the problem is when the weather. It starting to happen more frequently now about 3 times per week.

The ignition switch gets stuck and will not turn. I put the key in the ignition and turn the key all the lights come on in the dash area turn the key to start but nothing happens. Recently i bought a 2007 dodge ram quad cab cummins 6 7l in march this year to tow my 30ft 5th wheeler.

I have to jiggle the key to get it to start and when it does start you have to let off just right or the truck dies. The problem is static electricity in the ignition switch which chrysler engineer have acknowledged that their is a problem and the problem is when the weather is dry and i go to start my vehicle the surge of the static electricity in the air sets of my horn my chimes my interior lights my cargo lights and my open door lights.
